I appreciate the professionalism from all the people I dealt with. Kevin, the sales person and James, the sales manager were very accommodating and made the process less stressful. I also dealt with Adrian when going in to get the spare key and then Oscar who put the license plates on. All were awesome!
My point of contact John Jones was awesome and extremely helpful. I do think head management could have given a bit more in way of discount, or at minimum a complimentary 1st oil change free.
The dealership has changed to a caring not pushing dealership. My salesman was wanting me to see what’s new and what’s changed in cars/trucks. Bob wanted me to be happy with whatever I might buy. When I got into the Ford Escape, it felt like home. That’s a good feeling! Thank you!
