We ordered our F-350 truck and received it earlier than expected! Closing was organized and seamless. Marissa Horton was informative and helpful in reviewing the features of the truck. We'll be back to Truck City Ford!!

We have been buying cars and trucks from Truck City Ford since 1999. Eddie Haddad always works with us so we get what we want at a fair price. Mike Rodgers has turned the Service department around since he came on board. My wife and I recommend Truck City Ford to everyone we know.

Would like better communication, I was told the spark plug issue was caused by metal being magnetized, the they needed to replace one of the coil packs. When I picked up my RV the only thing on the work order was replaced a plug. Not really sure what they did or if the problem is taken care of.

This is the second time I have come for an Oil and Filter change. I didn't have an appointment but Mario told me it would be about a two hour wait. I told him I wasn't available any other day and was willing to wait. He also informed me of the price change before anything was done which I also appreciated. The team made it happen! Mario communicated with me throughout the whole process. Love the customer service here!

The best dealership ever from start to finish. Sarah Pope was awesome! The service dept was the best. I went to another dealership that was terrible. Leif Johnson was excellent. They took care of my car and Sarah kept me up to date with the status the entire time. She was even able to get my car out in time for me to head out of town. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Great example of excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.
