I had very bad experience at another dealer and contacted Ford about the problem ! Ford rep. arranged service with Truck City Ford and I could not belive how much better things went .That was about two years ago. I have told a lot of people about this! Brought my F150 in for front brake replacement. Got the job done but it took 6 hrs due to a problem with the only tech working on the brake jobs was busy. so I was told.
