This was our third time using True Friends and have recommended them to our friends a few times over the years. The owner was very kind and willing to change our move date at least twice due to some C.O. Inspection issues. Very professional on the phone, great communication from movers when they would arrive, etc. Stone was excellent. He was fast, efficient and had a great attitude. Would recommend again.

Beginning with my first email request for information, Chris K was very responsive. Ben called a couple days before the move date to confirm the plan. On moving day, Jeremy & Antonio arrived on time & were efficient in getting our furniture wrapped, loaded and then unloaded at our new home. Good job by all. Joy

Chris was great...always ready with an answer to my questions. Nick came out to look over the furnishings and what needed to be moved from Nashville to Tampa Bay Area. He was courteous and friendly. Jacob and Carlos packed the kitchen...I packed the rest of the house. They were awesome, kind and gentle with my prized possessions. They prepped and loaded the truck. My moving date was Dec.22,2018--They are incompetent as movers, damaged my furniture with dents and scratches also dents,.scratches and paint from my furniture, on walls. i hired three movers ,the third one was very lazy.my movers were Jacob H (Driver),Rico and Nick
