True Friends Moving Company was affordable and they really knew what they were doing! We have a small house with a tight long stairway and they handled it like pros. They had clear communication along the way as far as their estimated time of arrival and we're very helpful and patient. We highly recommend.

Very respectful guys who maintained a great attitude even though the day was much longer than anticipated. Nothing broken. Took special care with a few antique pieces I was nervous about moving and nothing damaged. Only negative was that the quote was given over the phone based on square footage and so instead of the estimated five hours it took fifteen. Probably should have had a bigger crew and two trucks. The salesperson on the phone significantly understated the time it would take to complete our move. If they would have sent a four man crew with two trucks, the job would have taken less than half the time which would have saved me money as well as the time. It should not have taken 11 hours to move 9 miles up the road. The two guys worked hard, but if the job was properly estimated they would have sent 4 guys and completed the job in about 4-5 hours.
Great team. Carl was on top of everything and didn't waste a minute. We would highly recommend your services to anyone. Carl also paid attention to every detail to ensure nothing got damaged.
