I would recommend True Friends to family, friends....anyone. The price was better than the other quotes, they called the day before to verify, called 20 minutes before arriving at the time I was quoted the week before. Delong and Devon were courteous and efficient. They quickly cleared my storage unit, drove to my new home. No breaks, no pauses. 2 1/2 hours from start to finish!
During our relocation from Clarksville, Tn to Houston, Tx, Carl and Diontae far exceeded our expectations. They went the extra mile in every aspect, ensuring that we were happy with our move. I would definitely use them again and appreciate the professionalism and strong work ethic that they showed during the move.
Excellent Service - Dominic and Derrick were very professional. Moved all my furniture exactly as I wanted. I give the company a FIVE STAR rating and plan to use them again.
Carl and Eric were awesome and so friendly! They showed up right on time, got everything packed up quickly including additional things I hadn't planned on taking. Disassembled my pain in the butt bed too! Unloading and reassembly went quickly as well (even with the majority of the heavy items going up to the 3rd floor) and they were very fair in their billing, it was exactly what had been provided to me in my estimate, no surprises fees or charges. If I could give True Friends Moving more then 5 stars I would. Best moving experience I have ever had. I called on a Monday- talked to Chris, explained our needs and he asked when we needed to move ... I said tomorrow would be great. We were doing an out of state move. They were on time, worked very efficiently. Daren, Craig and Roberto were about the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. Moved a 4 bedroom two story house to a one story. Did it all in 6.5 hours. Not a scratch on the walls or the furniture! Will use them again and ask for that crew.
We recently had True Friends Movers do a local move. What an AMAZING job Devoris and Odonnie did!!! OMG! Wonderful is all I can say!!! Great people!
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this moving company. The movers arrived an hour and a half past the arrival window they gave us and the only reason we were informed is because we called the office several times. The movers were very inefficient and slow. They openly stated that it was their third job of the day and they were exhausted. It took them 2 1/2 hours to move a very small apartment worth of items, 25 minutes to drive the 2 miles to the new apartment and another 2 hours to unload and this is only... read more
