We were new to True Friends recently when we used them to help our daughter move. We were so impressed with their efficiency and transparency that we decided to use them for our downsizing move. It involved stops at my Two daughter's houses, our new smaller home and a storage unit. They were able to manage the logistics with minimal fuss or hang ups. Everything got to its proper place and downsizing was completed. Good job True Friends!

My calls to set up our move were with Chris and Emerson, and they were warm and professional, encouraging me to reach out to them with any questions prior to moving day. They sent emails that were helpful in preparing for the move. On moving day we had the excellent team of Donald, Andrew and Damon. They were friendly, efficient and just exceptional in every way. They treated our belongings as they would treat their own. True Friends were the best from start to finish!

True friends moving is truly not your friend. DO NOT use this company. They are scam artist and will bait and switch you low balling the estimate to get your business and then take almost twice as long and hit you up with hundreds of dollars worth of charges. I was quoted $1295 to move from a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1 car garage (the 3rd bedroom only had a desk and chest as it was my office).... only 2 people in my townhome barely 1500 sq ft They quoted 7 hours of work $1295 but took 11 hours And charged me almost $1900 from Bell... read more

I chose True Friends because of reviews and it is with lots of regret that I need to share my experience. I am 62 and have moved about 10 times, including cross country, and this was my worst experience ever-- spending $800 to move two rooms of furniture and boxes (NO appliances!!) from Murfreesboro to Nolensville (20 miles. ) First of all, I was given a window of Noon-3:00 pm for arrival to start the move. Jeremy and Bobby were excellent! They were very professional and efficient. They handled my belongings with care and I could not be happier with all the hard work they did! I will definitely recommend your moving company to my friends and family!

Excellent in every way. Bobby and partner were very efficient, helpful and did a great job. I've had three crews now and it was good to see the consistency in service, quality and how they interact with each other and the customer. Great company!

Saw first hand the horrible service provided. Extra person was hired for the move because my daughter was pregnant and he spent 45 minutes in the bathroom stinking up the house. He also didn't help unload later at the new house which makes me wonder why there was an extra charge for the 3rd person. I moved on August 3rd, 2020 and have been meaning to email you about our extremely positive and successful moving experience. Our movers were Diontae T******* and Kenneth F******* and they were PHENOMENAL!!!!! We were moving from a third story apartment (with no elevator) into a two story house.
