Horrible Experience. A list of things that went wrong. They damaged my garage door then blamed me. They were non stop talking about how they wanted to get this over with so they could go home. They left the first site without telling me they were done and leaving. they left behind items at the first location. I had to run out of the house because I heard them leaving. Just wanted to drop a note to thank your team for the help yesterday! They were truly impressive -- on time (borderline early), worked efficiently, impressive with their ability to move my multiple pull out couches up and down stairs and through tight hallways. My husband and I have moved four times in the last 10 years due to work (mostly big nationwide moves), and this is the FIRST time that nothing was broken during a move. I have already recommended True Friends to several people. Most of us have had disappointing experiences with moving companies and do not have much faith in them. Your company provided us with a team of the hardest working, efficient and most competent people we could have hoped for. After using another moving company two weeks prior, & being very disappointed, we hired true friends to move our garage and woodshop. They were so kind, hard-working, even came earlier than expected, and were very careful with our stuff. Reasonably priced and professional from the first phone call. Treated like a true friend! Recommend highly A+++
