Adolfo and Michael far exceeded my expectations in professionalism and efficiency! They hustled. They were careful with my items, such as a white fabric chair (wrapping it). THEY WERE ON TIME. They called in advance as I was told they would. I would highly recommend it.

The office person provided me with apparent details, and they were able to schedule a moving date quickly. I love that there were no hidden costs. On our moving date, the moving guys came on time. The process went smoothly. The movers were so pleasant, efficient, and handled everything with care. I will hire them again. Don't forget to tip them! :)

True Friends just did my second move and, again, they were great! Devontay and Josh were awesome and very conscientious and professional and so easy to work with, as well as the office staff. They called and followed up when they were supposed to and the movers showed up right on time both times. And followed up afterwards. Not one bad experience either time. I recently used True Friends Moving Company to move from TX to AZ and couldn't be happier with my move; they were punctual, quick, and careful with my belongings. Everything was packed and loaded and unloaded and set up professionally. Would use it again in a heartbeat!

The moving company was excellent. They were on time, professional, quick, and treated our staff with respect. We had a big couch that wouldn't fit into the elevator of our building, and they walked it all the way down the stairs to the ground floor! Isn't it great? Impressed.

They were prompt, wore masks during the whole move, and took fantastic care not to damage anything and the most surprising part. These guys worked very hard, as I have never seen any moving company before. We will be hiring True Friends Moving Company!

I've used True Friends Moving two times for short-distance moves and have been pleased. The movers were friendly, worked quickly, and were careful with my things. The pricing is fair and is accurately represented (meaning no hidden charges or surprises on move day). I'd recommend using this company!
