This is the first time I see mover move items such as small and big stuff and wardrobe fast and steady. I will really recommended True Friends Moving. They take care of my table and wardrobe very well. They advised me to switch on my fridge 3-5 hour later. Thank you. Appreciate your hard work!

I would recommend using True Friends Moving to anyone wanting to move their 'stuff' either in the AK or across. The process was easy, and I was not disappointed. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Transparent pricing kept informed, and then exceptional service from the movers.

This is my first experience using a moving company and didn't know what to expect. Not only was this companies pricing the best, but they worked me in to their schedule for the very next day, when everyone else I talked to were days out and some had even different pricing on different days. After a disastrous experience with another Moving Company, True Friends was a pleasure to work with. Due to remodel delays I had to reschedule the move at least 5 times. Nathan at True Friends was totally understanding every time. When the day finally arrived, they sent the A-Team. Should rename the company to Fake Friends. Do not waste your money here. Used these guys fairly recently and the professionalism and customer service was garbage. They gave a 3-hour estimation window for arrival, and arrived several hours past that; moreover, they started ghosting me and didn't give me any updates on ETA during those several hours, so I spent almost all of that time wondering if they would even show up. The crew we had was beyond professional. They went out of their way to make my Uncle feel special and treated us all with respect. Joseph and his crew pack and hauled some of the rarest collectible in the world with out damage. They loaded and unloaded the truck in a timely fashion. We would be honored to use True Friend again and request Joseph's crew again.

Called Chris at True Friends Moving to assist with loading for a long distance move. Chris was responsive, honest, and extremely helpful, especially when it came to listening to our concerns as to what was important to us. Great experience! Michael and Charles absolutely hustled through moving some furniture from the first floor to the second floor and vice versa, and also very gently relocated a piano for us. Very prompt, professional, courteous and careful help. Great communication, too; really appreciated the call and text alerting us to their arrival. Well done, True Friends!
