I have several problems with this gym. One, the bathrooms are in a separate area from the sinks to wash hands which is gross. They used to have a hand sanitizing station where the bathrooms are but it appears to have been ripped off the wall. The sinks are very sensitive and if you turn them just a little too far, your whole shirt ends up wet and the paper towels are almost always out. The women's section is horribly neglected. Just started working out here two weeks ago and the gym has never opened on time (5am). The opener arrives 5 or 10 min late almost every day. There were 15 cars waiting at 5am today and several including myself left at 5:20am because the opener never arrived. I need to work out from 5 to 6 AM due to my tight work schedule and that never happens due to your inability to open on time. Cancel my contract or hire someone who opens the gym on time. Should have stuck with golds.
The gym never opens up on time. It says 5am and I’ve been there pass 6am waiting for it to open.
I made a cancellation and they still charge me 😡

Their billing sucks. I love my personal trainer (the third one I got after the first two quit and I was never notified). He took me on with no issues and he’s so educated ....but as far as the billing, it’s way too overpriced ...I have 21 sessions left that I’ve already paid for so I look forward to continuing those with my trainer but I would never do PT again. They don’t wear mask either at all or on their face some of the equipment is broken or you have to watch how you handle something you can get cut and they will find anyway to keep your membership just for money

Staff is great! Josh was super helpful in providing information up front and set up an appointment to go do a tour. I was greeted when I arrived. Signed in took a tour. The energy is super positive and I ended up signing up for a membership. Many thanks.
