There has been several reports submitted with regards the bikes in the cycling room. For the last several months a few reports have been submitted by other members with regards this situation, some of the front desk staff has been rude about it when reporting these issues. I apologize about the delay on the maintenance for these bikes. I can assure you that we have a tech that was appointed by our corporate office recently who has been working on our bikes. As far as the cardio machines on our main floor, we have them all up and running successfully! Our maintenance staff has been working very hard to maintain the cleanliness of our facility. Ask kindly for them to turn down the music in the females gym and they will turn it down for less than 5 mins and turn it even louder. So loud I can’t workout to my own music. Their music is much louder than my beats headphones. Ridiculous!

I was a member at this gym when it was Freedom Fitness. I cancelled my membership and transferred to a different gym in May 2017. The automatic payments stopped until Tru Fit took over. In September of 2017, they started auto-withdrawing from my account. I did not notice because the amount was small and they switched to using a 3rd party biller, that happens to have a similar name of someone else I make payments to. Horrible customer service. After going for over a year we find out the person who enrolled us signed us up with the wrong pass... well all that was said was too bad you shouldn’t of been able to use the child care. No one once apologized and one person suggested I pay the 199 enrollment fee to get child care.. I already paid 179. Why would I want to pay another 200!!

Customer service is absolutely terrible!!!!! Staff members are rude. Some of the people who are working out constantly talk on the phone on speaker all the time and staff doesn’t do anything about it. Definitely don’t recommend this place!

Been a member 4 almost one year & EVERY visit is frustrating because it takes forever to get the Wi-Fi connected and if it does connect u might be able to listen 2 maybe one song during a 1 1/2 hour workout. It's buffering the entire time. So I have to use my own data to stream music. This never happens at the Walzem location. Women's bathrooms are disgusting & not enough equipment.
