Just wondering why the gym is supposed to open at 7 and I’m sitting in my car here at 9 because it’s not open?

I went in to downgrade my membership as my wife and I experienced a medical emergency recent and are trying to cut costs to pay off debt. Then they wanted to charge me a 99 dollar down grade fee.... I asked them why I was being nickeled and dined they said it was policy. Until they change their policy I won’t recommend this gym to anyone. I find it hard to believe they had to charge me a 99 downgrade fee and I believe it is a simple deterrent so they can continue to make money off you. And I will not be a part of it. Equipment sucks. 2/5 TV'S on the treadmills work. No longer have cable but they had cable during the beginning.(1 month / 12) Keep charging me monthly even after my 1 year contract was over.

I have had a membership for quite a while and haven't worked out in a while. decided to come in since website said it opens at 7am. 8am and it's not opened and people are waiting out. not good!!!

Had an issue that needed to be resolved. The front desk attendants stated that their computer system had crashed. It showed my last visit was 57 days ago. That was incorrect as I was there 2 weeks ago and last week. It could be confirmed by their cameras. The staff at the front desk could not handle the issue and called in a man by the name of Hector Orozco who stated he was the regional operational manager. I used to love this gym. But recently things have gone way down hill. It’s dirty and unsanitary. I cut myself on a piece of broken equipment (which there is a lot of), and the manager Maribel touched the piece without gloves or any regard for the blood then used Lysol spray to “clean” it. Today there was a used tampon laying in one of the showers. I told Maribel and she rolled her eyes and said she’d get somebody on it. Not a hint of urgency in her voice. This will be my first online complaint about a business. Usually I'll keep my dissatisfaction to myself but "Maggie" the gym manager has the worst customer service. I voiced my concerns to her over staff walking around and filming customers working out, she told me I was the only one that ever has a problem with it and I was being "aggressive" towards her..
