Been a member 4 almost one year & EVERY visit is frustrating because it takes forever to get the Wi-Fi connected and if it does connect u might be able to listen 2 maybe one song during a 1 1/2 hour workout. It's buffering the entire time. So I have to use my own data to stream music. This never happens at the Walzem location. Women's bathrooms are disgusting & not enough equipment.
All else aside,. .. please wipe down the dirty smudged mirrors! It's been weeks! U have plenty of idle staff. Thank you

Horrible customer service. Won't let me cancel membership by phone. Never had this issue at any other gym I have ever been a member of!!!

The gym is great. It's ideal for the average person who want a good workout. Down side, it's a hit or miss on getting a protein shake for them. They are always out of something "Supposedly". Got a shake one out of four time I asked for one.
I am attending this gym on a pass right now and it's actually not bad. I stay across the street and wanted to try it although I have a small home gym. I like the stairmaster so wanted to check this gym out. The equipment is nice and it's spacious. It's not costly to join so I was really, considering joining until I saw the bathrooms and shower area. They were flithy and gross. They hadn't been cleaned at all. My friend/co worker and I are visiting for work in SA and we've been going to a gym back home and wanted to keep up the momentum so we decided to get a 3 day pass and try and experience different gyms. I have to say this gym is beautiful and has state of the art equipment. Great big TVs for your viewing during your workout. We love the running/walking track upstairs and the huge women's gym.
