Bullshit place that just takes your money. Will charge you fees and say you should have known. No reminder for annual fees and won't reimburse when you cancel before thw annual fee gets charged.

The people here have no sense of customer service at all. My wife is a Platinum Member because she wanted the Zumba classes and she found out that they have a day care for the little ones. So she asked me to join her as her guest so I can help her herd the kids into the day care section while she hurry into the Zumba class. You know the drill, taking off the kids jackets, putting them in the cubbies, keeping them behaved while she signs them in.
