Hello I’ve been living here for over 5yrs maybe more lost track. Love the area. Love the people love my apt. They always maintain the building clean. And give it occasional facelift lol. I would definitely recommend a place close to the parks the view of nyc and many multicultural restaurants mmmm

Fabian and Sergio were very easy to work with. There are two small things that need addressing and Fabian is staying on top of it. The ceilings look better than when I moved in.

My experience here was great. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they always try to fix it as soon as possible. Each floor has a laundry room, which is a added bonus, so the laundry room is usually available regardless of the day or time.
