Get directionsGenerally good. You need to clarify the paperwork. One page MAKES you sign a statement that you will pay xxx $ . The problem is that the service has been PREPAID. It's confusing and distressing in that there is wording regarding being careful what you're signing. I could get no one to explain this to me. No response from assigned representative and no way to continue and complete the paperwork until that page was signed. It would be helpful to have a small checkbox on that page saying that xxx amount has been prepaid.

In general the process went smoothly. I felt that there could have been better response to questions. The representative I had did not respond to emailed or telephoned queries. The person on duty at the general number WAS helpful and knowledgeable.
