Very caring.
In general the process went smoothly. I felt that there could have been better response to questions. The representative I had did not respond to emailed or telephoned queries. The person on duty at the general number WAS helpful and knowledgeable.
The job done was good not great. I was told that my loved one remains would be delivered to my door and I would sign for them that didn’t happen. I had to pick them up at the post office.
Very considerate and thoughtful through the process. I appreciate the emails to check how I was doing with my loss. Thank you!
