Bought a fuel pump at Subaru in CO. Since installation the fuel gauge read wrong. Made the trip up to Twin Falls to leave the Subaru with our daughter for college. Had Twin Falls check the fuel gauge issue. Was told it was a faulty fuel pump, covered under warranty, but it would be another $150 to put it in (plus $150 diagnostics) Now part wont be covered at all because we were told they gave us the wrong fuel pump in CO. Have been trying to get a manager for almost a week now (no return call).
Business response:
Our apologies for the frustration this entire situation has brought! While we are glad that the repairs were pretty minor on the scale of potential issues, the communication issue has been raised to the highest ranks of our team. While it may not assist you with your frustration, we are addressing our dropping of the ball, so it does not occur again in the future.
It took a long time to get my car back. When I got the car back the wheels were out of alignment. I had to call 3 times before I could get a hold of anyone.
Business response:
While it can be extremely frustrating when items pop up after repairs, our team did not adjust any suspension components during the visit, to cause an alignment issue. With respect to our guest's budgets, we don't do alignment checks for every vehicle that comes through, as most do not need them. If you would like to ask our team to do alignment checks during future visits, we could get you the pricing for that service, at that time. We are working to address the communication issue, as well. Our apologies for any frustratio... read more

$300 to replace an air conditioning o-ring. Last place I'd take my car again.
Business response:
Our apologies for the team not fully explaining the process to replace an o-ring in the A/C system. To do that, we have to fully evacuate & recharge the A/C system, which does have time and cost associated with it. While we strive to offer 5-star service to all of our guests, we realize there are still learning/training points we need to work with our team on. If you would be willing to speak with our Service Director Brian Holt, we would enjoy the opportunity to try and mend our relationship, so we can continue to assist yo... read more
I asked them if the price listed was correct. Quick response was the listed price was before they had completed their inspection. Then the price went up 20%. I told them I wasn't interested at that price. I have been sent 6 e-mails since then and applied for unsubscription from them 6 times! Will see if I get another today...
Business response:
My apologies for the additional contact - I tried searching our system for guests interested in that Jeep, and don't have any records tied to it. If you are still receiving messages, please call me at 208-734-8860, so I can make sure you are removed from our contact system.
Had my jeep on the third day motor went out and texted the sales guy and they didn't want to do anything about it and and the other car we got from them the motor was bad in it and they put a new motor in it but they didn't want to fix the jeep I got from them so I'm taking them to court over it
The service request and my daughter asked for the battery to be inspected and recs made. That did not happen. The wiper fluid was not topped off. Tires were rotated even though the snow tires had just been put on.
Well unfortunately, they did not fill it with oil on the oil change. Couple hours down the road toward Pocatello and the low oil light comes on so I check the dipstick...not registering at all! Add 1 quart, still not registering. Take it to Subaru of Pocatello and they still had to put 2 more quarts in...so 3 quarts low on a full fill of 4.7 quarts! How do you miss it that badly?!
Tires didnt get rotated even though they said it did. I know because theres a mark on one of the tires and the tire was in the same spot after the service. 2nd time this has happened at Subaru.
