I was told I needed the front differential serviced so I said yes, even though that had nothing to do with why we had brought it in. Then after the service was performed I looked at my bill from less than a year prior and they had serviced my front differentials. At least they didn't charge me, but to not realize I had that exact same service done at this location less than a year ago was frustrating! Would not recommend. Poor service, lack of transparency and integrity after messing up a simple oil change. Pass.
I am switching to Toyota.. I went in for a scheduled oil change and they destroyed my oil pan which they replaced but when I picked up my vehicle, upon checking what they did to my vehicle I found lose bolts the after they repairing the lose bolts, the next day I discovered that they didn't refill the coolant levels
Water spots all over car,didn't not vacuum even they said they do it.
Service was great. Was told everything looked great. Good in and out. Frustrated with an email I received yesterday concerning the "work" I needed on my car. Why wasn't I informed of the issues/concerns?
Charged almost $500 and misdiagnosed the problem. They told me I needed several new parts when I didn't. I took it to another shop and they correctly diagnosed and fixed it for almost the same price to have subaru look at it and not even get it right. I would have paid almost another 3k if I did what they recommended and it still wouldn't have my problem fixed.
It would be nice if the service writer would listen to your concerns instead of jumping to conclusions.
Horrible!!! Wanted to talk to my boyfriend instead of me. It's my car!!! 2 days to get the part, even though I made the appt. a week before. No offer of a loaner car, I live out of state and 2.5 hours away. Total waste of my time. Male chauvinistic little boy club!!!
Took my car in for 30k service. Took is back because it was leaking. They said they had a problem with washers on the oil plug. I didn't believe them. Car still leaked oil. I took it back. They said it was a problem with a washer or gasket on the differential oil plug. Hmmm. Yep I don't trust them and won't be going back.
