Dr Hunter was professional as always. We spoke for a bit and I decided to delay the procedure that he was going to do. It had nothing to do with Dr Hunter but rather the consent form. I am deaf in my right ear due to a surgery in 2017 with a different facility. This procedure was going to be done on my left side and the consent form referenced a chance of hearing loss. Jill took XRays when I was brought back. She developed them and put them on the monitor in exam room. Dr Hunter explained what the XRays showed and an appointment was set up for 8/23 for the implant to be done.

Dr Spingola is amazing. He made me feel very comfortable during my procedure and talked to me the entire time by frequently checking in to make sure I was okay. I appreciated his genuine attention to my well being.
