Very professional! Kat was excellent explaining all the details and contact information! Made me feel comfortable and relaxed!! Dr.Whitcomb is very good at explaining the process of oral surgery! I was impressed with his credentials from studies at Dartmouth College. Graduating as valedictorian from Boston University dental school!! Then on to Oregon for residency!! He took time to answer all questions and concerns I have about the procedure. I feel positive that my extractions will go well!!
Fortunately, I have never needed an operation done up to this point; I did not know what to expect. The NTFOS team that took care of me, especially Dr. Whitcomb and Ms. Kat, exceeded all expectations I had regarding patient care. I didn’t experience any worries related to their thorough communication and kindness throughout my time with them. Very pleasant experience and Dr Hunter keep me informed during the procedure. Everyone is always cordial and nice. The person cleaning up after the procedure had the best advice…now drink lots of shakes.
Dr. Pace and his team were fantastic. My Daughter had double jaw surgery with ginoplastie and they did a wonderful job with minimal scaring. They followed up daily with us after surgery and have been on-point with all after care. She is terrified of needles and they were so thoughtful and careful with her due to this.
