I took my car for my first service and complained that the radio and nvaigation system had a noise and that the passenger door was whizzing at higher speeds on the highway. They did oil change and said nothing was wrong. I took it a second time about the same complain now about 6K miles, they said they checked and test drove the car and nothing was wrong. Well next time I videotaped the 2 issues and took and and they did not want to see it at about 12K as they said the car was out of warranty. I went at forth time and after ... read more

High pressures sales-regretted my lease signing shortly after the deal was done. Tried to trade in/sell car after 2 years, but the car depreciated so much that these were not options. Might have had something to do w/all the bad vw diesel scandal publicity? Turned in payed off leased VW Tiguan 7 months early for savings on insurance d/t car seat not fitting in back seat, and needing another car for family. After I explained that we might be interested in a Toureg down the line, the owner tells me there may be an additional f... read more

I took my car in to get repaired what I thought was going to be some minor repairs turned out to be a major repair on my engine less than three weeks later my engine cracked and now I need a brand-new engine. The repair on my engine cost $1200 to get a brand-new engine thir asking for over $8000. I wouldn't go to this place unless you plan on getting ripped off the people are nice but the service is terrible.

Tynan's took every opportunity to cheat us from the day we signed our lease. I have never done business with anyone so willing to destroy a customer relationship to make a quick buck. Everyone I interacted with was either had no idea how to do their job or was actively trying to trick me into paying for things. Overall, I would rate Tynan's as the worst business I have ever worked with. Starting with signing the lease, we were told the advertised deal wasn't available on the specific car they had on the lot. Typical shady ca... read more

On September 10th 2016 I went to tynan's to talk to them about purchasing a vehicle after my bankruptcy discharge. After spending over six hours (!!!) on a Saturday at the dealership waiting for who-knows-what we finally got approved and was able to leave with the car and left our trade in. It is now October 18th 2016 and on October 9th 2016 we went to use the sunroof for the first time on this car and it hung up within its frame and broke part of the slide panel inside the car which fell in our laps and would not close afte... read more

Went to this dealer because they were the only dealer that had the used vehicle that I was looking for. This was your typical terrible experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Low balled me on my trade in and knew less than I did about the vehicle. From start to finish I was on the lot for 5 hours on a Friday afternoon. After agreeing to terms with the dealer I had to wait a hour to meet with the finance department. During that time not a single employee spoke to me about why there was a wait or gave me a expected w... read more

Sold me a car with damage after saying it was in "excellent" condition, then tried to accuse me of causing it. After proving they scammed me they are now saying it was sold "as-is" and won't help. I contacted the BBB. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

I had my brakes pad done but about two weeks later they kept squeaky so I took it back. I explain the problem and so they took it for a test drive. They told me that they didn't hear anything and it would be pointless to take into the shop that it would be a waste of their time. Wow! Unacceptable and I'm the customer. I told a friend about how I was treated and they told me to go to this Nissan Dealership that they treat thier customers good. So to find out their was a problem the caliper bracket shims dirty and had no lubri... read more

They claim oil change and other services are Express. I'm not sure what express mean to them when I had to wait over an hour for an oil change. Granted they topped off washer fluid and did an "inspection",but still an hour for an oil change!!!!!! If I had the warmth of an inside garage I think I could have changed my own oil in less time. Again if you advertise express service then do it in an EXPRESS way. The oil change 3 pack is what enticed me but the wasted 3 plus hours of my precious time for the 3 oil changes isn't wor... read more
