"Broke down no appointment " Needed help and Brian took me under his wing and had my fixed by then of my appointment orknday! Didn’t have an appointment as my car kept stalling on my way to my doctor appointment!
"They Not honest." I was told the cost 200$ by on the phone .when I went there they told me it’s 300$ .he said he forget to calculate something . My car was 2 years old .what they ask additional repear wasn’t necessary . If u go there don’t get help from RICH. He will rip u off .
"Good enough" Well I just hate the way they turn on your emergency flashers and leave the car. Why not caps like other service places. Mine I have diodes in to run led lights. They get smoking hot when left on. But why put that wear and tear on any car? The other thing is they act like you aren't doing recommends service when you refuse things like oil additives and filters that for 85 bux you can replace for 30. "Blood from a stone. Service rep lied straight up. " I was told by Brian that my windshield had no sticker recording my last oil change. He suggested I get an oil change. When I got in my car just as I suspected, the sticker from the dealership where I had the oil changed was in place. I do not like being lied to.
"Oil Change Incompetence" I took my Rogue to Tynan’s for an oil change Saturday. By Tuesday there was about half a quart of oil on my garage floor. Thank God I barely drove it on the days in between. I brought the car back to them and they fixed it (as far as I can tell) but they were rather nonchalant about the fact that their technician didn’t tighten the cap enough so it wouldn’t leak. "Bad place to buy a car" I got a used car from this place they are so disrespectful!!! Car was not detailed like how it should be!!! Told me they had two keys to the car which they didn’t now they’re telling me I have to pay for the second key if I want it😡🤬 don’t ever buy a car from this place!!! They’re nice to you at first then rude to you after you sign them papers...

"Service " Service took longer then I think it should. They should have more parts in stock so the service time is quicker. Have parts for the vehicles they sell even if its after market parts that they put in the vehicle
"Pissed off about my seat adjustment all messed up. " Everything was fine until I tried to get in my car. Some Jack A moved my seat up to the steering wheel as far as it would go. I'm handicapped, couldn't sit down and turn in. I had to ask someone to move the seat back. Then had to spend another 5 minutes readjusting the seat. I'm still pissed off at the inconsiderate jerk that thinks that it's funny to mess up someones seating positioning and didn't even try to correct it. I was told that you have short drivers.
