"Getting harder to trust this service center" I have taken my truck to Tynan's for service diligently since I purchased it four years ago. When I dropped it off for a routine oil change I was informed of 6 or 7 major issues that needed immediate attention. It turns out that, somewhere between 30 and 50 thousand miles, the service department failed to notify or make me aware of standard checkups that were due - even though i brought the vehicle in regularly during that span. "Replacement radio" I’ve got a bad radio. New radio was ordered. New radio is worse than the first. Unable to calibrate. Another radio has to be ordered. This will be my 3rd trip to fix radio.

"Needs to pay attention to details " The service is always completed with care and the staff is always great! But the complimentary car wash really needs work. It appears as if the vehicle is just spraid with water and left to self dry. I had water inside my truck on the mats as though a cup of water was spilled on the drivers side. I assumed it was from the shoes of whoever attempted to wash my truck. You should consider not offering a wash if it will continue to be of such poor quality. "Dealership just wants to make a deal" I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue last Tuesday and traded in my 2009 Subaru Impreza. The sales team was very friendly and responsive up until the moment I left the dealership with my new car. Gary Rotter was our primary sales agent. I would not recommend him. "No disclosure of inspection cost, rude customer service" Called to schedule check engine light and power seat work. At this time there was no information provided stating it would be $280 just for a diagnosis. My car is an older Infiniti in poor shape. I would have never invested nearly three hundred dollars into the car as we were planning on purchasing a new car very soon. "Frontire 2016" Luke was a very unpleasant person to speak to when dropping off my truck for repair. I spoke with rich to schedule my repair and he was off when I dropped it off. Everything about my repair was good other than the unpleasant unprofessional I had doing my truck off

"Oil Change & Tire Rotation" Although it’s posted that it was not necessary to have an appointment, I made one in hopes that my car would be a priority. I arrived on time and asked how long they thought it would take so I could decide whether to hang around or not. I was told a little over 1 hour. It was exactly 2 hours to get my car serviced. "Avoid this place " I took my vehicle for a oil change. After waiting what seemed to be an eternity they finally got it done. I drove home and parked my vehicle on my driveway. The next morning I had a huge oil stain on my driveway. I called their "service department" and was told to take my vehicle back in.. Turns out the technician that changed my oil forgot to tighten the drain plug.. Now I have a huge oil stain in my drive way that I can't remove and more than likely will receive a letter from my HOA. "False information provided. " Was told my new vehicle would have Sirius radio capability, after taking it home and attempted to set it up i was informed from Sirius that this vehicle was NOT Sirius radio capable. Not vey happy about that, this car is for my wife and since I have Sirius radio in my truck she really enjoys it, but disappointed when informed that it was not capable in this car. Pretty sad.
