"Slow express service" I took my 2016 Nissan rogue in for an oil and filter change. The whole process took 90 minutes which resulted in Me having to inquire on the status of my vehicle. I found out it was sitting in the parking lot out front and the paperwork was sitting on the desk at the cashier. The staff had no problem leaving me sitting in the waiting room while my vehicle had been finished for sometime. I may or may not return to this dealership for future service .

"Wait was unacceptable" Great customer service. Everyone is pleasant. However, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I was impressed with the package deal. I was also told to call before coming in the next time. I was disappointed that they didn't tell me how backed up they were BEFORE they accepted my car!!!🤪

"Ask for Brian Laatsch!!" I had asked for Brian Laatsch, the service advisor I had spoken with before. Instead, I got Luke Clearwater. I expected everybody to be equally professional, so I didn't make a fuss. I have never been left feeling so uncomfortable and so uneasy leaving my car with an alleged trusted dealer. My first encounter with Luke, I thought he was snide and very insulting. His tone made me feel low and unintelligent in the way he asked if I had looked under my car lately. "Service Department should be your Last Choice" Don't go anywhere near the Service Department. Brought my truck there to have it repaired correctly (after Service King ... recommended by my Insurance Company ... completely screwed-the-pooch doing accident repairs to my vehicle) and noted, amongst other things, a shimmy in the front steering wheel. "Friendly staff but long wait times" Made a appointment for oil change and tire rotation for 3 pm Came in and was told first come first serve no appointment necessary. Was told it would be about an hour but took 2 hours. Sorry would rather go somewhere that takes appointment and not wait 2 hours, not worth my time

"Overall customer service needs improvement" at first the service seemed good but at pick up no-one offered to help, there was no explanation of what was done no communication

"What we have here is "failure to communicate"" We had previously submitted a five star review on this dealer, but now it is reduced to 3 stars. We went to the DMV to register our new vehicle. And guess what? We were sent the wrong paper work. Two hours + 30 minutes wasted. A phone call to Tynan's led to the correct forms/title being sent or delivered to the DMV. "Sales Dept had to help w/ Service Dept" Sales had to get Service to honor a VIP oil change card I was given by one of the Tynan owners when I bought one of the FOUR cars I have bought from Tynan's in last 10 years. It has no expiration date and I was told it was good for as long as I owned a Nissan serviced there. Ridiculous that I had to involve Sales, but good for Jordan Michaud for stepping up.
