"I went to fix my car ." Poor service. They did not fix my car on the agreement we had . One of the employee drove my car to check and had told me the price that going to cost me , but later he called me that it going to cost me more . He should first check the car and tell me how much is going to cast me .

"Hidden Fees and poor Service" I was not happy with my experience with this dealership, if it wasn’t for this dealership having the exact car I wanted I wouldn’t have done business with them. There were large dealership handling fees and GPS fees tacked onto the price of the car, also they would only fill up the gas tank half full because it was a used car and “only new cars get a full tank” they said. "Not up to snuff" have not been to your service center for over a year...Not up to previous experiences. Probably won't be back.. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I came in for a oil change. My car was checked over for problems a couple were found. My previous oil change visit I was told the master cylinder was leaking. I never had it fixed. "Accounting concern and safety repair svc work concerns" Sales person terrible. Diagnostic svc charge credit not given or hidden for some reason. Questions about quality of repairs and safety concerns. Timeframe not kept.

"Things were not done right the first time" I only give this two stars because the work was not done thoroughly the first time and the price was outrageous. They quoted me 500 to fix my horn.

"Not much help after the sale" I recently purchased a Rogue Sport. They said they didn't have the original owners manual, but it would be ordered and mailed to me within the week. Three days after purchase I contacted the salesman because the heater blower wouldn't work. He said he would look into it and get back to me. I have yet to hear back. I also contacted customer care and told them about that and the owners manual. I was told to "let them know if I have any other problems", still not addressing my original question. T... read more

"Purchase process new car" We bought a new Nissan Rogue 2017 on December 30, 2917 from Tynan Nissan. The gave USA temporary license plate number that will expire on February 27, 2018. We went to DMV last week & after waiting for more than one hour in line, we were told by DMV that the dealer did’t send them the paper work. We called the dealer & told us that to try after one week. "Repair Service & Car purchase" We took our Nissan Pathfinder 2002 for repair on 12/28/17 & agreed to pay about $180 for diagnostic. Then we received a call from Nissan that they found the problem & the service charge is $523. We told them our agreement for the service. Then we received another call and they ask us for additional $2,200 for repair. We say NO for this repair and forced us to pay the $523 for nothing. Initially I was not going to post a review on tynan's Nissan but after all the xxxx I've gone through with the vehicles I've gotten from them the last couple weeks here's my review that's on their website I bought a van from them and had two cracks in the transmission so instead of just trading me Vehicles because I was supposed to leave the state they decide to put in another transmission of course it took them another week to get it in and put it in the vehicle so I was stuck in Colorado when I was supposed to have been go... read more
