I bought a 2015 Frontier in late May, 2015. I found the truck through internet searches. Once I called them, the deal seemed very good - so good that once they put the numbers in an email, I drove all the way from Albuquerque NM to ink the deal. Once I arrived, it was fairly smooth - the salesman I had worked with was on vacation so a substitute helped me. Yet another week has gone by and Eric M., who wrote that Tynans wanted to make things right, has still never attempted to contact me, nor has anyone else. Almost three months now dealing with this nonsense. A WARNING to potential customers - if your deal goes smoothly, then you're probably going to be very happy with your vehicle and the dealership. If something needs to be fixed, you're OUT OF LUCK. The dealership has proven they have no interest or intent to fix their mistake.
Carl was great! He was very attentive and personable. Even though the process was long, he made it very easy. I would reccoment him to anyone I know looking to buy a Nissan vehicle. I also appreciated the managers that made it a point to come introduce themselves as well.
My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins, CO. We went to two different dealerships before we ended up at Tynan's. Tynan's gave great customer service. It was not a high pressure environment and unlike a lot of other dealers, the F and I person did not try to push a bunch of unnecessary services and products. I would definitely buy another car there.
Easiest and most comfortable buying experience I have ever had. Never thought I would be driving a brand new car in a matter of a day. I will definitely recommend Tynan's Nissan to everyone, although my car speaks for itself.

I've dealt with Tynan's Nissan for several years. When my wife needed to replace her car (a Nissan Sentra with 225,000 miles on it) we naturally gravitated towards Tynan's since their service dept. had treated us so well.
