This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer, I had pretty strict loan requirements (as far as car year and price) that being said it was a low budget. This is the second vehicle I have bought off Shawna and I would certainly recommend her to any of my friends who needed a car. I liked her straight forward approach to dealing with me without any of the usual stock sales speeches you receive from other sales people. Once the vehicle was bought she followed up with support to make sure everything was in running order and made us feel more like a friend than just a sale.

Todd Hayman made everything easy in my decision to buy a 2013 Nissan SL. He was not only patient but also empathetic. I got into an accident recently and my car was considered a total loss. Star date... 10:00 am., Saturday, 2/28/2015,on a cold morning day. Tynan Nissan was my last stop for car shopping. I currently drove a, 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo fully loaded edition. Car was awesome for a younger driver. A hasty purchase on my part. Tynan's sales, finance team were a great team to assist me with my challenge. Brian met ;us on a cold night and was very personable. Gave us the info that we asked for. Within a week, I stopped in and we spent a good amount of time negotiating a purchase. He located a pickup that we wanted and we finished the sale. Great experience.
I was looking for a new vehicle for the past three or four months, and I talked with Todd Hayman about vehicles they had. I had shopped around since then, and when I called Todd back up, he was more than willing to still work with me. Great customer service and everybody was friendly. Thanks again for all the help.
Codey Gray is great to work with. He answered all of our questions. If he didn't know an answer; he found it for us. He was straight forward and didn't try to give us the song and dance you get with a lot of salesmen. I hope he keeps his straight forward, honest approach as he moves on in his career. Codey listened to what we wanted and gave us the red carpet treatment when buying our car. I recommend talking to Codey to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
I got the car I wanted at a fair price. The whole negotiation process was very reasonable. The salesman was extremely supportive, and when asked, he gladly agreed to drive the vehicle to our independent mechanic to be checked out. Overall, I was very satisfied, and I would definitely do business again with Tynan's.
