The experience was simple. Ashley made the sale work exactly what a sales experience should be at every dealership. She was very familiar with the sales process and the vehicle. Furthermore, the USAA care buying service was honored and fair price was established quickly. Chris did a great job of closing the deal. I have no complaints! It was great.

I'd never had a pleasant car buying experience, until yesterday. I did my Internet research but, when I called, most dealerships had posted incorrect data or pictures so the field narrowed down to the two dealerships that had shown accurate information. Doing business with Tynan's was a fantastic experience. We were kind of stuck with a vehicle which needed the engine rebuilt, times are tuff and we needed another car but had very little money and still owed 9K on the broken vehicle. We had visited several dealerships that day and saw a few cars we liked but we weren't able to find a suitable deal or even get approved in some cases. This is my second purchase from Tynans. The experience with Tynans both times was very good, no hype no badgering, just listening to what my needs are. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I have purchased autos from 2 other Nissan Dealers, one with a horrible experience! Zach was very pleasant and accommodating, having to show us a number of different vehicles running back and forth to get another set of keys for us, and at the same time, offering and getting for us a beverage. I was looking to replace my GMC standard cab with 4 door truck. I noticed a Nissan Frontier on Tynan's web site and decided to take a look. After having dealt with a ex-Sports Authority salesman at a Toyota dealership it was a real pleasure to deal with Carl Unger, someone who truly knows vehicles . Ended up buying the Frontier from Tynans. Will definitely visit them and Carl again when it comes time to replace my wife's car. Thank You!

Our recent experience of purchasing a new car was just as pleasant as we could have hoped for. We had made our decision on a Nissan Xterra and found Tynan's had the best selection and was the most convenient location to us. I worked with Todd Hayman in August of 2014 to lease a 2014 Nissan Rogue. When the lot did not have the color/package I was set on, Todd went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I was after, at the best price. He was very straightforward in our transaction and communicated quickly and efficiently with me, which was treatment I had certainly not received when looking elsewhere. I could not have asked for a better experience with Todd or with Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins.

I was in a car accident and while I was not at fault, I still had no money for a down payment to get another car. I talked to Todd Hayman (we had purchased my husbands car from him and have been very happy with that purchase). He was able to get us into a 2014 Nissan Sentra with no money down. I was worried about my credit being tied up into the new house we bought, but he got us done... and before I had to get to work too! Thank you Nissan for your quick, expert, friendly service.
