This was my first time buying a new vehicle, and the experience was delightful. Ashley was very attentive, and was quick to answer all of my questions, both before and after the sale. The entire crew was friendly, willing to work with me, and gave me a stellar deal. Ashley and Curt made my first time car buying experience exceptional. I will certialy shop Tynan's when I am in the market again, and would not hesitate to recommend my friends and family to Tynan's.
My personal situation was slightly different from the most of the American customers and they helped me to find an appropriate car and to have the financial conditions that I needed. I really appreciate the help they offered me.
I started my dealings with Ashley and finished my purchase with Todd. Both of these individuals were prompt and courteous and shared a very sound knowledge of their products and the buying process. It was as pleasant a car buying experience as one could hope for. We were exhausted by a long list of other dealerships but were surprised by the refreshing change of pace from Tynan's. Being first time buyers can be a painful, scary, and frustrating experience but things went as smoothly as could be hope for. Todd went out of his way to work with us, feel welcome, and walk us through the entire process. You can't really ask for more.
The experience was simple. Ashley made the sale work exactly what a sales experience should be at every dealership. She was very familiar with the sales process and the vehicle. Furthermore, the USAA care buying service was honored and fair price was established quickly. Chris did a great job of closing the deal. I have no complaints! It was great.
I'd never had a pleasant car buying experience, until yesterday. I did my Internet research but, when I called, most dealerships had posted incorrect data or pictures so the field narrowed down to the two dealerships that had shown accurate information.
