I was looking for a used car to be my first car, Tynan's was our first stop. My family has purchased cars there before, and worked with Justin. I was very excited to look around and explore my options, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Although I wasn't expecting to find a car, we were very happy with the one we test drove. I love the car, and I definitely will be visiting again for any vehicle needs in the future.
Jake Howard was an excellent salesman. He always answered my questions and was very helpful in volunteering his views on the vehicles I was considering. He listened to my needs and responded with relevant and useful comments. I also appreciated Jakes objectivity insofar as he gave me both positive and negative feedback. First of all everyone at the dealership were so friendly. We worked with Demi who was an absolute sweetheart and very knowledgable. We purchased our previous xterra from tynans also and this experience was even better than the past. I love my new xterra and would recommend to anyone to purchase here in Ft Collins
Curt (sales) and Chris (finance) both were efficient, friendly and polite. They knew I was in a hurry and they tried to expedite the transaction.
Overall service was good. Felt that I should have pushed for a little more of a discount because the supposedly new vehicle had 360 miles on it at the time of purchase. This was not pointed out to me initially. Was used in dusty conditions as the air filter was a bit dirty. All personnel at the dealership were courteous and pleasant to work with. I was just lookin for a truck when we drove by and saw the truck. We stooped test drove it and about 2 hrs later I was drivin it that bad boy home with a BIG Grin on my face. The sales man Carl was friendly and sweet. Getting my truck was the icin on the cake. I have been lookin for a truck for yrs. I am happy to say I FINALLY found it and gettin it was a breeze. We tried to buy a car from another dealer and when it came time to sign the final paperwork, it wasn't the price we agreed and they weren't going to change it. So, we found the same type of car (even the color I really wanted) at Tynan's.
