My wife and I decided to purchase a Nissan Murano because winter was approaching and we wanted a suitable AWD SUV to deal with the snow that was soon to come. I was interested in a used Ford Escape that was at the Tynan's store in Aurora, CO. I called the Fort Collins store and they brought the vehicle to Fort Collins, which I really appreciated, as any vehicle we buy is evaluated by our own mechanic first (who is also in Fort Collins). Todd and Jake understand how to effectively use the internet to make for a great customer experience. While the internet is a convenient tool to begin car shopping, other dealers use automated responses and uneducated customer service reps. Hello, I have given all 5 stars because our experience with Jake Howard was the best car sales experience we have ever had. He was efficient, informative, friendly, helpful, personable, and not high pressure at all which would have put us off. He was, in other words, a delight to work with. I would recommend him to our friends. However we were put off by Derek Boyd. He did the job, but he had a condescending, snarky way he talked with us, which put both me and I husband off. We were very pleased with how we were treated at Tynan Nissan. Our sales representative kept us informed and followed up promptly with every question we had. There were no surprises when we arrived. Everything was just how we expected it. The car is beautiful and is a joy to drive.

Justin was very friendly and made the car buying process very easy. He explained every step and option thoroughly, and was willing to give me time to consider my options. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and use them in the future.

We had a very good experience with Grant and Otto. They took the time to listen to our needs and gave us a great price. We would definitely recommend them.The only thing we weren't happy with was we asked if our credit would be ran a lot because we were going to go through our own bank and we were told it was only ran three times and we have received over six letters saying they ran our credit.
