Initially my husband and I were nervous about purchasing a new car, but Angel Fox and all of the employees at Tynan's helped to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. We were very impressed with the customer service and how honest they were throughout the process. We were never mislead or pushed into anything. Long distance car buying is hard, but internet sales manager Angel Fox was terrific. I'm moving to No CO soon and already have a house there. I was apprehensive about going to a dealer at first to look for my new vehicle. Thinking that I was in the market for a Forte, Robert also let me explore other makes and models to make sure that I found exactly the car I wanted. This was my first experience buying my own car. I felt really taken care of by the salespeople I worked with especially Angel. She kept me informed and was very fun to work with. Even though there was a problem on the first test drive, I ended up getting the vehicle after it was just a minor error in the computer system. I am very pleased with my new car and I love it. I am rating this dealership because I think they deserve to be praised for the work that they do!

Robert and the whole team at the dealership worked with us to order and get a new car and handled the delay in vehicle delivery with the earthquake in Japan well. There were a couple hiccups, but Robert kept us in the loop and when our vehicle did arrive, we were very pleased with it and continue to enjoy our new car.
