The day the notary was going to sign documents something with the documents was incorrect. (What it was was not communicated to me) that day I was contacted by multiple people who didn’t understand what was going on, I didn’t know either. This lead to a delay in the closing and a different notary who clearly wasn’t happy with the change or the situation. Document requests were repeated, or requested unclear items, and when I asked for clarification, it was not timely or accurate.
Loan process took way to long and closing was about a month short of goal. Requested documents had to be provided more than once. Customer relationship staff were courteous, professional and easy to work with.
