Tryna was awesome, its the process that I endured was absolutely worse
Quick and easy process!! Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. We've been with Pennymac for years and will always use them in the future and recommend to family and friends! Even during these crazy COVID times the process was so smooth. We even closed a little ahead of schedule!
Process was slow took over 8 wks. Finance Team told my originating loan person they would not match my Loan Disclosure Document from a competitor which was a better rate offer because I didn’t lock in the rate offer and time had expired. I didn’t lock it in because I was being a loyal customer to Penny Mac .... whoever on the Finance Team made that decision is not very customer supportive. I was informed needed 2 forms of ID & 2 witnesses to be present for my Loan Closing 24 hours before it.
Tyra Nunez was so wonderful to work with. She was thorough and kind and did not wince once with my questions over and over again. She explained the delay in closing and made a commitment to communicate with me weekly which she did! Love her!
My loan officer Tyra, was wonderful. She was clear, concise, and got back to me promptly. This is my second refi with Pennymac and I've specifically chosen to stay with them because the process was easy and I like their online system.
A lot better than I expected
Tyra our loan officer was great however the original loan officer who took our application was an answer to answer questions in regards to interest rates that I had as they dropped lower and it was frustrating that he was round about answering questions and not answering them directly as I wished
Our loan officer and processors were friendly, accessible, and knowledgable. We had a great experience.
Tyra was great to work with. She made the process easier and made it a very worry free process.
