My purchase team was excellent, the assumptions office handling the sale of my old property was absolutely terrible to work with, they were, negligent, abrasive, and I did not feel like a customer when working and dealing with them.
All around, smooth process.
Tyra and Natalia were AMAZING!!! I had a what I would consider a less than ideal situation but they were able to work through everything and get me the help I was seeking. They did an outstanding Job communicating throughout the whole process.
Gabriel Phelps and Tyra Nunez guided my wife and I through the loan process patiently and professionally. They were always available to assist with whatever questions we had.
I had to deliver the same documents more than once without additional explanation. , It was difficult to understand where I was in the process or what was the next step.
I would not consider going anywhere but PennyMac. This was my third purchase and first with a new officer/coordinator. I was expecting some slowdown but Nathan and Tyra were fantastic. They were fast, responsive, informative, and always available.

The entire team was very easy to work with and made what should be a stressful process, very easy.
Tyra was excellent to work with during my loan process. Very informative and communicative. I did have some issues with the portal, but once a phone call was made to technical support it was rectified. Time zones need to be considered during requests from lender to closing attorney and borrower to ensure timeliness of documents and information.
