First and foremost I want to say that Tyra Nunez Martinez and John Kim were absolutely amazing. If it wasn’t for them, closing sound have been a lot more hectic them what it was. I think documents may be going through too many hands before it gets to the right person (closer). This causes a lot of stress on the client having to submit documents multiple times and/or having to make multiple phone calls.

Seemed like a lot of duplicate emails and request with little explanation. Once I was informed that the application was complete and being turned over to a loan processor, it seemed like the communication stopped. I had to reach out for info on where the process stood. Communication could have been better. Camaron was great to work with however.

We were originally denied the loan due to the underwriters not requesting the necessary information. (Once they received the information, were were immediately approved.) We were not told of the denial until we were supposed to close. It seems to me that a denial should have been communicated immediately so we could have worked this through and closed on time. So the process for placing a loan was fine; communication could be improved.
