We were originally denied the loan due to the underwriters not requesting the necessary information. (Once they received the information, were were immediately approved.) We were not told of the denial until we were supposed to close. It seems to me that a denial should have been communicated immediately so we could have worked this through and closed on time. So the process for placing a loan was fine; communication could be improved.

Considering home buying is one of the biggest purchases of a person life it was important that I felt like I had a team that would walk me through this process. I felt like I could always get a professional on the phone to help at anytime. I appreciate PennyMac for helping me find a way to get us our home!
Took many attempts to get closing disclosures updated with new purchase price. Repeated coordination was necessary, and communication between loan officer and My Mac Team appeared to be lacking.
It is my 4th loan with PennyMac, that should tell us something!
Tyra Has been amazing through all of this experience I can’t say the same for issac and to be honest I wouldn’t recommend anyone to issac due to lack of communication and inexperienced when it comes to communication. But everyone else has been an amazing team
