I have been with Pennymac a few years and have been satisfied with them. Tyra was very helpful in processing my new loan.
Overall it was a good experience, would use again, just had some duplication when changing from initial guy to closing person.

Better communication. Tyra was extremely short and did not communicate effectively or efficiently. Several times she requested an HO6 report which I provided along with all the condo documents. I had to dig deep to find out exactly what was required from another processor. The phone number she provided was not her number and when it was required to contact her, I was never able to.
