funny thing, if my product caused a fire, I'd be interested in investigating...since nobody should die for a bloody pasta dish. Imagine how much they care of anything elese regarding food safety if they don't care about their product/trays causing fires.
Totally screwed on a DoorDash delivery. Their estimated price doubled without notification. After delivery, never again. Nor have I ever seen this on any other establishment on DoorDash..

Went here to get there special sale on stuffed shells 2 for $12 the section was completely empty no stuffed shells to be seen figured ok I'll ask for a raincheck to be told by lady at courtesy sorry we don't do rain checks since 3 months ago what store doesn't do rain checks what a terrible way to run a business shame on you

I bought my birthday cake strawberry shortcake from Uncle Guiseppe's this is the 2nd time the cake is stale. I had a cannoli cake last year and the same thing happened. I won't be buying my cakes from there anymore. What happened to there bakery ? Everything use to be fresh and tasty. It has definitely gone down hill.

Today I made the mistake of purchasing $29.00 a pound of what was supposed to be Dry Day Boat scallops. I am no Gordon Ramsey but I can tell when I have been duped. The scallops were small which should have been my first clue. I made sure the were dry and my Ramsey meter went off an it said these at best are thawed and not the Dry Boat I paid for . Today, Friday, October 10, 1:05 pm. I saw the fresh, plain pizza come out of the oven, so I called and ordered two slices to go. While I was paying for my pizza, the person who had taken two old pizzas and put them in the oven tried to give them to me. The Ramsey store seems to be going down hill. Today we had to return colossal shrimp for the seconded time in a few months. it irks me that we pay top dollar for the shrimp which should have never been sold. We brought them back after an hour after purchasing them and the customer account person agreed they smelt so vile and mentioned the fish manager was off. So you have inexperienced people running a department? It will be a very long time before we patronize the store again!

Horrible. Every time I go here I'm so disappointed & regret the money I spent & they're not cheap!! Their seafood is never fresh. The cannoli cream is bitter. Their bakery items are so underwhelming. Chicken dishes are hard as a rock, pasta dishes aren't cooked enough, Eggplant Parmesan dry as a desert. & they make returns a pain in the A. Most stores just refund you over the phone, but they want you to drive all the way back there. Lmao! How on earth do they stay in business? What a mystery! Never again.

Chicken cutlets inedible (old tough meat;) Apple strudel not fully baked (dough still raw,) and chicken cordon blue not fully cooked (meat pink inside!) Overpriced for what you are getting!! Had to throw it all out!!
