From my first purchase years ago to Sunday's weekly haul I have been in love with Uncle G's. Each Sunday I take the most beautiful drive to Melville to shop the aisles chock full of treats. The staff at Uncle Giuseppe's Melville is INCREDIBLY friendly and warm! The roving Frank Sinatra style singer is one of the reasons I return each week. I never went food shopping like this. Giuseppes. Has the most beautiful food displays i have ever experienced in my life. The shelves and everything is so perfectly placed. And the oh.cheeses the food the Italian pastries everything looks exquisite. Such perfection in a super market omg un heard of. You have to come and see for yourself live singer singing like where iam what dream is this. Im sorry im a chef and i just love anything doing with food. Look at my pictures please

I've been dying to check out an Uncle Giuseppe's and luckily passed by one on my way back from Jones Beach. The Massapequa location has a fairly large parking lot and shares the space on a strip mall. The interior does feel a little like a dated Key Foods and it lacks the zhuzh from Eataly, but I can definitely see myself coming regularly to pick up their fresh pastas, which were very reasonably priced. Very nice people working here. I especially liked seeing the compassion the manager showed to the register worker when they accidentally charged me for another customers order. At first I was a bit frustrated at first but he handled my refund quickly and kindly asked the employee if they need to rest which really made me feel better. So overall good environment and food was good. Would choose over a Whole Foods for sure.
On Fridays is when I visit Uncle Giuseppes for work, I always end up buying dinner. Today, I tried their beef n broccoli. It was delicious. It wasn't salty, just tasty. There's so much to choose from. Each time I purchase dinner, I will leave a review.
Great food!! Store is nice and clean. People are friendly and helpful. Great cheese selection and baked goods.
