Love this store! The staff is so helpful and nice. The food is amazing! I can't wait to see what it looks like renovated.
I'm still on the fence with the new Uncle Guiseppe's market. I shop there regularly these past three months. So my review is not based on a couple of visits but shopping multiple times each week. The baseline for my comparison is Turco's which was the store that existed before. Deli - same as before both price and quality with the following points: rotisserie chicken far worse and higher prices, not very flavorful. Soups higher prices, flavors are weak. I wish I was comfortable shopping there today at my first time ever, but the insanely LOUD music just flattened me and made me go throught the store as fast as I could. Felt aurally assaulted. I really, really like to keep my hearing: it's important: I am old -- 64. Couldn't the store lower the volume? While zipping through the store so as NOT to lose any more of my hearing, I saw good things in the deli, prepared, and produce section. I Must've Died and Went Straight to Meat Market Heaven!! Holy Freakin Cannoli is this place The Real Deal!! I'm pretty sure I'm not the first shopper here to completely lose all composure because the Store Associates didn't even blink an eye as I wildly ran around taking pictures of literally everything up in this place. They must see this kind of behavior from foodies who lose their minds on a regular basis. These guys are unbelievable at Uncle Giuseppe's. The customer service is unbelievable. Excellent. The guy making the grilled chicken asked me if I wanted some. OMG. I couldn't believe it. The deli is so appetizing with the freshest beautifully displayed dishes. The rest of the supermarket is fresh and beautifully displayed as well. I had to give a compliment to the management how great Uncle Giuseppe's is. By the way. I went with the lasagna seafood salad and chicken. Great choices. Can't wait to go back for more. I was a Tad bit surprised with the name change from Turcos probably has a new owner but I do like all the new changes implemented. I shop he all the time and was used the the old product layout so it took some getting used too. I noticed new products being sold like dragon fruit and the layout does make more sense. Food is always fresh and shelves stocked and neat. The food court section will always be my favorite and the food made there is delicious.
Oh where oh where did Turcos go? Even though the name and owners has changed, the quality and scrumptious assortment of Italian specialties still exist! Lots of people are complaining about the change, but give them a chance to adjust and get used to their new home! I shopped their twice so far and still very satisfied with what they are offering.
