We were coming up on our child's 1 year birthday, and with only a few family members coming in to celebrate (Second Child Syndrome), we wanted to make our party easy and stress-free. Disclaimer: there's not an ounce of Italian in my DNA. However, I am born and raised on Long Island and absolutely LOVE Italian food. Uncle G's is phenomenal. They have a deli section that spans almost the entire side of the store and a case filled with house made salads, chicken cutlets, meatballs, pastas, and veggies. This is not a grocery store where most people do their weekly shopping, instead it is a specialty store featuring unique Italian food items that are difficult to find in other grocery stores. Are you looking for that special olive oil, Giuseppe's has aisle devoted to only olive oil. Store made pasta and sauces, that is why the store is buzzing on the weekends. All I can say is it's the BEST thank you uncle Giuseppe's for GOOD foods pre made dishes for single or family size fabulous. And the cheese what a wonderful selection. I can spend hours in uncle Giuseppe's oh it's so good. The smells from bakery to cold cuts, soups cooking, pizzas be made, if you haven't been there yet you should try them. THE BEST thank you

I don't know how to walk into Uncle G's and not spend a minimum of $100. From their prepared food section to fresh pastas, to array of cheeses, it's quality across the board. My favorite is the cheese and parsley sausage ring. Cooks so quick on the grill so amazing for BBQs and tailgates. One time I catered via uncle G's for a friends weekend with 20+ people. We bought a bunch of pasta + chicken dishes and It was such a hit. From a cost perspective, It was absolutely the bar bang for our buck and we LOVED it.
