Do not get your car serviced here! These guys are crooks. They broke a tire sensor and tried to claim it was already broken when I dropped off the car. If they are willing to lie about a tire sensor, what else have they claimed in order to steal money from their customers? As soon as the writer realized I knew what I was talking about and he quickly backpedaled and "took care of it for me". This review has nothing to do with our salesman (Jesus) who was nothing but kind and patient but with Manny who is the finance manager. I Went to United Nissan today to see about the possibility of switching my Ford to a Nissan. I was received by Jesus who was so nice and welcoming. I am 22 and not an expert at buying cars but Jesus explained things throroughly for me. The reason I am giving this place 1 star is because of Manny who is the finance manager. Tamayo made possible my trade in,but I use to pay 11% interest on my older car and now on this one I got 15.5%,if I realized that before I trade in I wouldn’t do it .I’m not happy about it

Worse customer service, their cars are falling apart, ones you signed the contract they don't care about you or your car, the Carfax report is a lie and Javier the Sales Manager and the general manager are the most ride and unprofessional people to work with, their cars are junk and overpriced, I have proof if you need it. All we wanted was for them to make things right for my Sister but instead, we got kicked out of the premises.

Never had a more distressing car buying experience in my life. I needed a car and wanted a Nissan, so I was told about this place. Every time I turned around the price changed. Signed a contract finally, and took the car home only to be called back in to be told the contract had to be changed again, and if I wanted the car I would have to agree to the changes.
