Great service, Polite people I had an amazing experience at Universal City Nissan. Jacob (my salesperson) was extremely helpful as was Uli in finance. I went to Keyes Nissan on Van Nuys and they were rude and not helpful with me. I would recommend Unviersal City Nissan any day. I will come back whenever I need a new car. Jacob gave a complete demo of the car and told us everything we needed to know. Answered all questions with ease.

My successful deal for Nissan Sentra 2016 Managers are very friendly and highly professional. The location is very well organized and really comfortable. Even though prices were not at the best compared to other dealers, Dealing with Nissan's managers caused me to accept the price because I had the feeling that after sale has to be excellent with such staff.
