"Newcomer to town after long road trip" The folks at Universal were great. We drive across country and some urgent issues to address before my daughter started two internships on opposite sides of LA. Really appreciated their good work, dine as quickly as they could. They were kind enough to take me without an appointment when I was there waiting before they opened but I would recommend calling ahead for one.
"On Time!" I take my car to service for 20,000 miles, he inspect and told me which service need. He promise 2.5 hrs. and was correct

"Universal Nissan Experience " Employees are so helpful and friendly. We were treated like family. We were with Nissan for so many years and will be for more years to come. Aaron Krider being a new sales representative is good and Sunny Shirazi is very friendly and accommodating and did everything to make this buying experience excellent.
"Easy and friendly service." The inventory was incredible and so were the prices. I got the car that I was looking for, the color I wanted and at an amazing price. They even gave me a full tank of gas a week after I got the car. Plus two keychains. The financial advisor was awesome and guided me step by step and did a follow up with me after the deal was closed just to make sure everything was ok. Thanks Alexander.
