clean facility I didn't have to wait long for service, everyone was very friendly. it was nice that the staff even cleaned my car free of charge.

Fantastic service What we liked about our experience was the friendly service in which everyone we came in contact with was very kind and attentive. Our service assistant Onfre Olivas is the best. When we communicate, he makes eye contact, he listens to our concerns and he always finds a solution for us. My husband says only Onfre Olivas can help us with our car concerns, because he very knowledgable and is familiar with our car's needs. My first but not last visit Very good customer service. My car was serviced in the time I was told it would take to complete. The service manager explained all that was done and what will be needed in the near future. I appreciated the car wash. I will make another appointment when my next service is needed.

Friendly and helpful Always great. I appreciate getting all that I need done at once. There's hot drinks, seating, Wi-Fi and more. Or I can get dropped off Universal studios.

Exceptional Service Although a long process, in the end we was treated superbly by your salesman Bobby, his manager and your lender. They showed sincere interest in trying to furnish us with what we wanted in a car and went out of their way to find it. We are happy that they managed to get us what we wanted. They made the day tolerable.
