"Patient, helpful, and willing to work with you." I went in with a recent purchase, looking to upgrade Mark was there with us the whole time. From deciding whether to upgrade to an SUV or a newer Altima. End result I left with a brand new Altima. "Latest visit experience at Universal city Nissan" Revived excellent service from Onofre Olivas as usual. Which is the reason I continue to book my appts with him, but the lady handling rentals/loaners could use some help or training on her customer service skills to get rid of unnecessary attitude. I would definitely not like her helping me again. She is not friendly at all . Ladies at the register very friendly. "Top notch service" Absolutely amazing service with sales and finance. Great salesperson I had and great finance person as well. Overall extremely satisfied. Definitely would recommend this dealership.
"Service appt" Easy in and in for my appointment. I was well tended to my Service manager Melvyn and his attentive staff. The entire team from the head of the department (Bill I believe) on down....it is well run.
"Lease purchase" Took a littlie longer than I thought it would but I understood as we were purchasing our Juke Nismo RS and I believe Nissan did not make very many of them. Oscar, the sales guy was very helpful and patient but the finance guy really helped with a better deal than we were originally offered. Not the first car we have purchased/leased from Universal, if Nissan keeps making Nismos probably not our last.

"Very satisfied " Sales team was very helpful and professional. Helped ease the pain of replacing a totaled vehicle. The process took long but they made it worth the wait.
