"Efficiency and commitment to customers" Everyone knew what had to be done to my car and kept me in the loop by either texting me or coming out to see me. Communication was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
"Great experience" Checked me in right away. Waited for complimentary shuttle for less than 10 minutes and made it to work on time. Unfortunately however, there was some confusion with the return shuttle. Called to schedule it and they said they'd call me in 20 minutes, but I called them after 30 mins wondering what was up. They called 15 mins after that to tell me the driver was waiting for me.
