Good sales experience-poor lease return processing My sales representative was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. My Financial Assiciate was also very nice and seemed knowledgeable regarding all of the extensive paperwork. Processing my lease return and payments to Nissan Financial Acceptance was not done in time and I received a notice from Nissan that I had to pay off over $17,400 due to ending my lease early! It was taken care of by a capable Finance Mgr. just in time.
